Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, the deposit will NOT be refunded. No exceptions!
If you would like to reschedule, you must contact me within 24 hours before scheduled appointment, in order for booking fee to be credited towards a new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling after the 24 hr mark will require a new deposit for the next appointment. No call / no show or appointments canceled day of will be charged a 50% fee of services booked.
Clients may only reschedule ONCE with initial deposit . After that the old deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required.
A 10 minute grace period is allowed for all appointments if I am still able to service you after the 10 minute mark a $10 late fee will be applied.
